We offer an unmatched range and depth of industry-relevant training across performing arts disciplines including: acting, costume, cultural leadership, design , directing, make-up, musical theatre, props , scenic construction, stage management, technical theatre , voice and writing.
This, along with the Institute’s international networks and deep industry links, ensures our graduates are immediately employable, enjoying successful careers in theatre, dance and opera companies, festivals and events, ﬁlm, television and games production.
Applications to study at NIDA in 2022 are now open and will close on:
- 31 August for all Master of Fine Arts (postgraduate) courses
- 30 September for all Bachelor of Fine Arts (undergraduate) and Vocational Diploma (VET) courses.
This year there will be NO APPLICATION FEE, giving more people the opportunity to apply. We want to break down some barriers so talented individuals all around Australia feel represented, welcomed and supported.
NOTE: late applications may be considered where there are places available and will incur an administration fee of $75.
